In the flower garden this week

The oriental Poppy popped open yesterday.What an amazing color deep red with a black purple center.

This is what the garden looked like after 5in. of rain. Picture was taken the end of June,Canada Day weekend 2014. The flowers are pretty waterlogged but are slowly recovering.

My favorite colors in the garden, purple,blue and orange.These colors are very dominate threw out my gardens.

Love the color combination of yellow and blue in the garden. Straw flowers, lobelia , million bells.
